Profil du candidat

  • Formation: supérieure technique ( ingénieur / équivalent)
  • Compétences spécifiques: une bonne maîtrise de la maintenance industrielle, de la gestion de production et des outils informatiques (bureautique, VBA…)
  • Compétences transversales: se doter d’un esprit d’écoute, d’analyse et de synthèse / être flexible au niveau des horaires.

Activités

Sous la responsabilité du chef du centre emplisseur, vous êtes êtes en charge de:

  • Etablir  & suivre les planning de contrôles & tests relatif au processus intégrité technique des installations au sein du centre emplisseur.
  • Animer les réunions hebdomadaires de coordination des travaux de maintenance.
  • Assurer le suivi des cadences horaires d’emplissage et les respect des critères de triage.
  • Assurer une disponibilité des équipements de 98%
  • Saisir les remontées des incidents / anomalies affectant l’ensemble des activités du centre emplisseur sur RAMSES / MX / TIM.
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux des flux des entrées / sorties: Bouteilles, casiers et les consommables d’entretien (robinets, BAC et JAS).
  • Organiser les causeries de sécurité selon le plan de communication annuel.
  • Faire respecter les 12 règles d’Or et la politique HSE du groupe au sein du centre emplisseur.
  • Assurer le suivi des KPI’s des Applications mises en place: Gestion des flux accessoires.
  • Assurer le suivi des KPI’s des Applications mises en place: Gestion des PDR.
  • Assurer la disponibilité des PDR en stock.
  • Organiser les RQP avec les chefs d’équipes pour la gestion optimale du personnel et de l’activité d’emplissage des bouteilles.
  • Orienter les travaux d’entretien bouteilles selon le besoin du CE et l’état du stock outil.
  • Assurer le suivi des plans d’action sur OSCAR.
  • Proposer des projets d’amélioration continue de la gestion de production et son système d’information.

HSE NWA

Profil du candidat

  • 8 to 10 years of professional experience involving at least 5 years in HSE.
  • Rigorous, zero compromise with HSE deviation.
  • Level 3 HSE certification (NEBOSH / OSHA IGC or equivalent).

  • Good interpersonal skills and interaction with project teams.

Activités:

  • Lead, monitor and implement the company’s H3SE policies, procedures, and program across the region.
  • Develop relevant H3SE procedures and templates in local languages, based on company procedures.
  • Support the NWA Zone Director, technical and operations managers in his HSE responsibilities for the region.
  • Ensure compliance by all project contractors to relevant legislation and Group HSE requirements, with the full support of project managers.
  • Qualify new contractors on HSE point of view. Make sure HSE performance of contractors is reviewed after each project.
  • Review HSE Plans, Procedures, Method Statements, Risk assessments for the projects, & all Health, Safety & Environment related documentation to ensure compliance with Group and local requirements.
  • Conduct frequent and regular inspections of both construction sites and maintenance operations to check compliance to HSE plan and procedures.
  • Identify potential hazards & recommend solutions at all stages of projects, including design review.
  • Monitor implementation of environmental mitigation measures during construction and O&M phases.
  • Assist Project Managers to implement improvement & prohibition notice to contractors and set up recommendation & corrective action.
  • Lead investigations of incidents, and issue related HSE reports.
  • Ensure proper HSE training of zone staff, organize HSE promotion events such as World Day for Safety & Environment.
  • Collect relevant information and report H3SE data.

Technical Sales NWA

  • Minimum 3 years of experience related to design, construction, technical sales of rooftop, ground-mount, and carport distrusted generation solar projects
  • Graduate from a premier university with an engineering degree in electrical, mechanical, and/or renewable energies. A double engineering specialty is a plus.
  • Experience with maintaining functional specification, commissioning checklists, and standard operating practices for solar projects.
  • Aptitude to swiftly adapt to a multi-cultural and multinational working environment and understanding international markets.
  • Academic knowledge of international business strategies, brand management, operations management of international markets and Cross-culture management skills.
  • Working experience of the Morocco context in electrical norms, renewable energy regulations, construction codes.
  • Experience in customer facing roles.
  • Good Knowledge and use experience of sales, engineering and solar specific software such as AutoCAD, PVSyst, Meteonorm, SolarGIS, Helioscope, Sketchup, MS Project etc.

Activités:

Technical Sales:

  • Supporting the sales and business development teams by providing technical and commercial offers and inputs to be presented to potential clients and for response to call for tenders.
  • Assisting sales and business development teams in conducting TTE operational site tours for prospective clients and addressing the technical & operational queries.
  • Conducting site visits and full technical feasibility studies for potential customers.
  • Assist the sales team by preparing the commercial offer and assisting the reviews of investment committees.
  • Assist the sales team with entering new markets and compiling the information necessary to do so (finance and technical inputs mainly).
  • Develop toolkits such as costing models, permitting & regulatory process, identifying potential contractors and suppliers.

Project Development:

  • Negotiate EPC and contractors offers, shortlist contractors for construction activities and coordinate the qualification of such contractors under Company guidelines.
  • Liaise with engineering and technical teams for continuous improvement of technical specifications.
  • Assist with the local permitting and project development and must be knowledgeable of the local environment for solar B2B projects.
  • Assist and coordinates tenders to be launch to the market.
  • Coordination with procurement officer and project managers.

Technical Sales responsibilities:

  • Conduct feasibility studies, preliminary solar designs, CAPEX/OPEX estimation and solar plant performance simulations.
  • Assess site characteristics, constraints and analyze consumption demands of the customer during prospection phase.
  • Prepare technical offers and presenting them to potential clients, support the sales team in the negotiation with clients.
  • Take part the preparation of Investment Committee Dossiers & investment committee presentations.
  • Preparing hand over dossier from Sales / Business Development to Project Development team.
  • Technical support and contribution to 50 to 60MW awarded per year.

Project Development Support:

  • Analyze EPCs and contractors offers in terms of quality, HSE, cost and schedule.
  • Negotiate price and shortlisting contractors for awarded projects.
  • Prepare and update engineering tools and templates.
  • Coordinate with design team to prepare and follow-up local approvals and regulatory obligations.

Cost analysis:

  • Carry out cost benchmarks on the past projects carried out.

  • Ensure good knowledge of the legal and operational context necessary to operate in Morocco (legal, fiscal, regulatory) and ensure the implementation and compliance of Group processes (tax, compliance, HR, legal, etc.).
